With T-Lec you will never have to worry about what your bill might come to. Our pricing structure is 100% transparent. There are no hidden extras, all domestic estimates & most commercial estimates are provided free of charge. We’ll make sure you are completely aware of our rates before your job is booked. If you have any queries about our rates feel free to call us, we’re always happy to help.

We also have a very strict policy on overcharging. We rely on the recommendations of happy customers so it is imperative that we charge correctly and fairly for our work. Customers come back to us repeatedly because of the relationship of trust between us.

Our rates are as follows:

Hourly Rates:

There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments.  All rates exclude the cost of materials.

Fixed Prices & Estimates:

A member of the team will give a written quote if requested before work commences.
† Estimates are available from our engineers or you can make an appointment for someone to visit you for a quote free of charge.

Materials:

Sometimes we’ll need to collect materials for your job if they aren’t in our stock. We’ll keep this time to a minimum. Customers are advised in advance & the billed time will not exceed one hour.

Invoicing:

An invoice will always be generated & emailed or posted to you showing a  full breakdown of the cost of labour and materials used.

Payments:

Payment must be made in full by cheque or cash on completion of our work.
Sometimes deposits are payable for larger jobs. This is always detailed on quotations.

† Occasionally estimates may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, the area and the time of the appointment.  We’ll always advise you beforehand. Any charge made will be deducted from the final invoice.
